Boy Wonder by TitanesqueCosplay Boy Wonder by TitanesqueCosplay
I've been wanting to make a solid Robin costume for the longest time now. I've been working on/off putting pieces together, deciding whether I wanted to be Dick Greyson or Tim Drake (harder than it sounds), and most importantly making it seem as real as possible.
I had smoke bombs in the front right pouch, 6 batarangs in both the 2nd right/2nd left pouch, and an expandable staff (2 expandable batons welded together). I had several gadgets, even a lighter (belt buckle) haha. I had a lot of fun with this costume.

I looked for my long-lost DA account just so I can log in and tell you how awesome this is. Seriously, this is the best cosplay I've seen in a long time. Fantastic job, seriously ! This inspires me to cosplay fem!Robin myself !

Haha well thank you! That means a lot, I put a lot of love into this costume.
I'm glad you like it and even more happy that you went through the trouble to tell me so haha.

You're very welcome ! I think you deserve it :D
By the way, how did you get the pants done ? I really can't figure out how to do them. Did you just sew flaps of red fabric on the side ?

Those were tricky.
I had to basically sew in panels of te same red material for top (that has minimum stretch) onto the black rayon pants I made (super stretchy).
While wearing the pants I simply traced the size, then cut the red panels out to size, pinned the crap out of it, and then sewed. Then sewed the entire thing to the top

Oh I see. Since I'm gonna use an already made red t-shirt I was thinking of cutting off the sleeves, cutting the panels out and sewing them on the pants. It should work, right?
Anyway thanks for the reply, I appreciate it a lot !

This is awesome, well done! What did you use for your arms/gloves? Is that biker gear or sports gear?
